Lead licensing in Arizona
Arizona doesn't run its own lead certification programs, so EPA handles them. A company paid to renovate, repair or paint a home built before 1978 should be an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm with a certified renovator, and lead abatement and risk assessment are certified by EPA as well. EPA has a public locator for certified firms. Check the certification on record, and check EPA's site for current requirements.
