Asbestos licensing in Nevada
Nevada requires an asbestos abatement project to be performed by a contractor holding a license through Nevada OSHA, part of the state Division of Industrial Relations. That contractor may use only supervisors and abatement workers who hold licenses. To get the license, a contractor must also hold a Nevada contractor's license and show experience and asbestos training. We did not find a public roster, so ask for the license on record and check Nevada OSHA's site for current requirements.
