Radon licensing in Florida
Florida requires radon testing and mitigation providers to be certified by the Florida Department of Health. Both the individual and the business they work for must be certified, and the state posts lists of certified businesses and individuals. Homeowners testing their own property are exempt. Use the department's lists to check the certification on record for a company and for the person doing the work, and check the agency's site for current requirements.
